Deposit & Payment 100% of invoice is due upon quote approval. (Government associated entities are excluded from this policy for orders under $1,000 and should be paid upon pickup). We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards. For our valued customers who prefer to make 4 equal interest free payments*, we now offer Afterpay!** Please reach out to us if you would like help applying for Afterpay. (*4 interest free payments over 6 weeks/**Afterpay has a 4% servicing fee) If a payment becomes 30 days late there will be a late charge as follows. 30 days 1.5%, 3% after 60 days and an additional 1.5% every 30 days following. Projects unpaid for 90 days or more are subject to legal action. Shipping/Delivery Policy Estimates and quotes do not include shipping unless requested. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Once project is in hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for exact delivery dates. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of completion during our normal operating hours/days: Tuesday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided to you once the product has shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on all orders exceeding $5,000. We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders once they are in possession of the carrier. Receiving Your Order If there is an issue with your order (defects or incorrect quantities), Acute Design Company cannot be held accountable after 48 hours of delivery. Order Cancellation In the event of an order needing to be cancelled, refunds will be based on the status of the order. (Have the items been printed on, ordered, etc?) and may be subject to restocking charges. Refund Policy Acute Design Company offers detailed mock-ups (approval required for every order). Mock-ups are computer generated and while we try to make them as accurately as possible - sizing and placement may not be exact. For this reason, if we do not provide sizing of your art work on your quote approval and you need prints to be a specific size or placement, please request measurements. We stand behind the quality of our work, and will not be held responsible for end user subjectivity. When a custom order is placed, be sure sizing is correct. The sizes you order will be what you receive. We can send sizing information for any item(s) if necessary. Returns or exchanges due to a wrong size being ordered or a piece not fitting properly will not be accepted. You may however, place a new order for the size you need. Customized products may not be eligible for refund- but we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. Please reach out to us within 14 days if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase to see what options we may have available for you. We do accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our retail space or online stores (that have not been customized, i.e name or number on the back), within 30 days of purchase. Packaging All items will be bulk packaged. If you are interested in individual folding, tagging, and bagging, there will be additional charges. Misprint Allowance & Customer Provided Apparel It is completely fine if you would like to supply your own garments for projects - however when printing or embroidering on provided items we require a 5% misprint allowance or a minimum of 1 shirt per design per garment color (whichever is greater), with no penalty on us. Percentages are based on quantity of imprints, not quantity of garments. We highly recommend customers provide a few extra pieces in case of error. Acute Design Company will not be held responsible for damages to customer provided apparel.
